Cyber Week Offerings!

Good morning Clients and Friends. As you know there have been some issues with our NAA  front page. To that end, the front page has been revamped and moved to a different hosting to ensure that you have the access that you want. We're adding new content and new links to our front page this weekend so that you'll have everything that you need in easy access.  

Also, please note the Cyber Week offerings. For every two articles that you get  our SEO team will give you a free 2-page website audit that will tell you what you can fix on your site to help you to rank better. The turnaround time for these reports is approximately 24 hours. Please request your articles in the regular way and then drop by the help desk to ask for your audits. There is a limit of  3 website audits per person.

Communications / Messages Not Showing up in Email

Currently, there is a small bug in the messaging system as a result of our server migration early last week. We just discovered it and are rectifying the matter and hope to have to done in the next 24-48 hrs.

Connectivity Issues Around the Web

Dear friends of NAA,

If you find that you are having trouble logging in and using the site, it could be that you are in area that is being affected by the reported connectivity problems happening in various parts of the country.

Some can get to the site and may find that navigation is not working.

Others encounter a time out notice and can't access the site at all. Please be patient as this is not an issue related to NAA.

The good thing is a few of us can actually access things as normal, so if you need us to do any of the following while the issue is resolved, just shoot us a ticket and we can get right on it for you.

  • Send you completed texts
  • Contact, or relay messages to authors
  • Pretty much anything that you need done as it relates to your account

We hope this will be resolved before the day is out. Again, we are standing by if you need us.
